Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product. You can request an exchange, a refund, or a personal coupon for a future purchase from our e-shop.

Please fill out the return form that you found inside your package and include it in the box with the products and the purchase receipt.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

The products must be in their original condition with their tags attached.

Once we receive the package, we will check the condition of the products before proceeding with an exchange or a refund.

If the products are worn, washed, or damaged, we will not be able to accept the return. They will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified via email.
